These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Visibuy platform, including websites, applications, dashboards, verification pages, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Visibuy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Visibuy

Visibuy provides tools that help online sellers share visual proof of products before buyers make payment decisions.

Visibuy is not a marketplace and does not sell products. Visibuy does not take ownership of, inspect, physically handle, or deliver products listed or recorded on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a seller account on Visibuy.

Buyers may access public verification pages without creating an account.

3. Role of Visibuy

• Visibuy acts solely as a technology service provider.
• Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.
• Visibuy is not a party to sales agreements between users.
• Visibuy does not guarantee the completion of transactions.

4. Visual Verification Services

4.1 Nature of Verification

Visibuy enables sellers to record and share photos or videos related to a product (“Visual Proof”).

Visual verification:

• Is informational in nature
• Represents content provided by the seller
• Is not a certification, endorsement, or guarantee of authenticity

4.2 Automated Platform Checks

Visibuy may apply automated checks to recorded media to support platform operations and improve verification experiences. These checks may not detect all forms of misleading or manipulated content.

5. Third-Party Payment Services

Some sellers may choose to use third-party payment providers during transactions.

• Visibuy does not hold customer funds
• Payment providers operate under their own terms and policies
• Payment processing and fund handling are managed by those providers

6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

• Record and share truthful product media
• Ensure recorded proof relates to the actual product being discussed
• Communicate clearly with buyers regarding product details
• Comply with applicable laws and platform rules

7. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers acknowledge that:

• Visual verification assists decision-making but does not eliminate all transaction risk
• Buyers remain responsible for reviewing proof carefully before payment
• Transactions are conducted directly with sellers

8. Disputes & Platform Use

Buyers and sellers should first attempt to resolve issues directly.

Visibuy may review reported verification content where appropriate and reserves the right to restrict access for misuse of the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All Visibuy software, branding, and proprietary platform systems remain the exclusive property of Visibuy.

Users grant Visibuy a limited license to display recorded content for verification and platform operation purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visibuy shall not be liable for transaction losses, product defects, seller conduct, delivery issues, or indirect damages arising from platform use.

11. Termination

Visibuy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
